Terms of Service

By accessing or using SeedLink, you agree to these terms. SeedLink is offered to licensed cannabis businesses for business use only. If you use SeedLink on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

SeedLink is a wholesale-menu tool for licensed cannabis cultivators. You are responsible for holding all required state and local licenses and for complying with cannabis regulations, including METRC track-and-trace requirements. METRC remains the system of record for inventory and transfers; SeedLink is a value layer on top of it and does not replace your regulatory obligations.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Keep your account and license information accurate and up to date.

Do not use SeedLink to break the law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent inventory or pricing. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the service or other users.

You retain ownership of your menu, inventory, pricing, and buyer data. You grant SeedLink the rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

SeedLink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and features may change as we improve the product. We work hard to keep menus accurate and in sync with METRC, but you are responsible for verifying inventory and orders before fulfilling them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected by the updated date above. You may stop using SeedLink at any time, and we may suspend or end access consistent with any separate agreement between us.
