Customer story
An order that took 30 minutes in METRC now takes one click.
Green Angel is an owner-operated cultivator in Rhode Island. Here's how Karly Gregory took her wholesale menu from emailed spreadsheets to a live link that tells her who's looking, in her own words.

Before
Spreadsheets into the void
Like most cultivators, Green Angel's wholesale menu lived in a spreadsheet, and every sales push started with an email blast.
“Before SeedLink we were just emailing spreadsheets around, zero clue if anyone actually looked at them or what they were looking at.”
No opens, no views, no signal.
Follow-ups were blind, and buyer interest was a guess.
The switch
The METRC workflow, down to one click
SeedLink connects to METRC and turns Green Angel's live inventory into a wholesale menu, one link per dispensary. And when an order comes in, the METRC side comes with it.
“Everything is linked in with Metrc, so your typical workflow in Metrc transitions entirely to SeedLink. An order that may have taken 30 minutes to set up in Metrc is now completed in the click of a button: from package creation through manifest and delivery, even the invoice that is emailed over.”
The online ordering could stand on its own, in her words. But the point is what it replaces: the slowest, most process-heavy part of selling wholesale.
The difference
From guessing to knowing
Every menu link Green Angel sends is tracked: who opened it, which products they lingered on, what they added to a cart.
“I'm starting to understand which products get more attention and who is actually looking at my menu. Having this data right at my fingertips makes me an informed seller.”
Her buyers get something better, too.
“The ease of ordering brings us into the 21st century: adding items to a shopping cart, seeing photos. It's a more exciting experience. Plus the live menu encourages a restock whenever your brand comes to mind.”
What's next
Built for 25 stores, not 5
Rhode Island's retail footprint keeps growing, and Karly is planning for a much bigger book of stores.
“Scaling to 25 stores will be a legitimate challenge. SeedLink offers a meaningful solution by streamlining order placement and delivery fulfillment across a larger customer base. We work hard and want to present our product offerings in a professional and legitimate way. This is the future of the cannabis industry.”
“In an industry that is so process-heavy, SeedLink is a tool for growers to save time and money so we can put more energy into what really matters:
the plants.”
